Already done, and with the same result described earlier on both Windows XP and Vista.

EDIT : The problem is no longer with the Program Files folder permission. That was solved (as mentionned in an earlier post). The problem really is when restricted user1 uses the application to update files, and restricted user2 uses that application afterward. user2 won't be able to see files updated by user1. As a result, user2 will have to update, thus replacing files that were updated by user1, but not accessible to user2.
