wodhttpdlx component writing to windows temp (General questions)

Is this a bug?, we are using the wodhttpdlx component and are now finding the components is writing to the windows/temp folder.

Hi Gregory,
It's not a bug. Component has to write contents somewhere. This is why you should specify Filename property for Request/Response.
If Filename property isn't set, component uses Temp folder for that purpose.
