FtpDXL.NET on x64 Win2008 Server (General questions)

We just updated our project to the latest release of this toolkit. When we installed it on the x64 Win2008 test server, it did not run. We receive the same error as last time.

Message: Could not load file or assembly 'WeOnlyDo.Security.Cryptography.KeyManager, Version=2.0.3.20, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=900ddd6a51580424' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

If we use depends.exe, it tells us that MSVCR90.dll is not loaded. We have tried loading the various C++ redist packages (2005/2008) and none seem to work.

Can you send me a debug copy of the dll again so we can track down what exactly is missing?
