Invalid HELO name (wodSmtp)

I'm seeing this message returned from certain email addresses:
DISCONNECTED Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

The sending code is:
wodsmtp.SendTextHtml emailaddr , SendTo, subject, , Message
Do
DoEvents
Loop Until wodsmtp.State = Disconnected

Is this something we can fix fromn our side?

Hi Stu,

What version of the component do you use? Can you please check the Version property?

Also, can you please provide me Transcript property (remove any confidential info)?
