License error (General questions)

we are using wodtelnetdlx activex control to connect to remote devices from web page directly when the end user is logged in the client machine with local admin account application is working fine but when the user is logged in with domain user account license key is not available error is coming

You are using wodTelnetDLX inside HTML? Did you follow getting started in HTML instruction for wodTelnetDLX maybe?
