Compiling error in Visual Studio 2010 RC (General questions)
We are now using Visual Studio 2010 RC to use new Dotnet features.
Compiling our code (compiled correctly with VS2008) a new error appear regarding the WeOnlyDo.Client.SSH library. It's: Unexpected error reading metadata from file c:... ...WeOnlyDo.Client.SSH.dll -- Index not found . Note: the VS project was ported from VS2010 the target dotnet framework is 3.5. Can you help us?
Thnx

Hi Fabrizio,
Can you please send us email to:
techsupport@weonlydo.com

Re: Compiling error in Visual Studio 2010 RC
So is there a solution for this?
I am using VS .NET 2010 (the new released one), targeting .NET 4.0 framework.
The exact error is:
fatal error CS0008: Unexpected error reading metadata from file
'c:DevProjectscompanymy_appv1.0.0TamaraBALComponentsWeOnlyDo.Client.SFTP.dll' -- 'Index not found.'
I'd like to keep your DLL as a port my app over to .NET 4.0.

Re: Compiling error in Visual Studio 2010 RC
Chris,
The error in question was resolved in our later version of the component. The issue was caused by pre-vs2010 obfuscator that we used.
Please try updating the component. It will solve the problem you are experiencing.

Damba

Re: Compiling error in Visual Studio 2010 RC
Krzysztof,
hi. Yes, you can go to http://www.weonlydo.com/index.asp?update=1 and request update from there. Make sure you use same email address you used when product was purchased.
I assume your updates subscription is valid and didn't expire, otherwise you will need to renew it.
Kind regards,
