Hi,
You can try something like this:
Use an Image control, and load a Picture in it. Then use something like this to load picture into Photo property:
[code]var
pic1 : IPictureDisp;
begin
GetOLEPicture(Image1.Picture, pic1);
wodXMPP1.VCard.Photo := pic1;
end;[/code]
