Can you please try using our samples? You can find it in component samples folder. I have just tried and GetFile works for me without any problem.

We have Upload and download VB.NET sample.

If problem persist is there any chance we can connect there and duplicate your problem? we will just connect few times duplicate it and immediately disconnect.
