max file size of upoad (General questions)

I am testing wodSFTP ActiveX evaluation before licenses purchase. The PutFile method works fine when file size is smaller than about 15MB. But IE crashes when file is bigger. If this is a constraint only for evaluation download? Or I need to set some properties?

I am using javascript to call ActiveX control. Below is basic code I wrote for testing.
