License Key is missing. (licensed purchased) (General questions)

We already have a valid licensed key & we've completed our program with the wodsfp.dll. We tried to install it on few client pc but one of them failed to perform.

Error: License key Missing. You can not use this component in design environment.

*we are not using at design time, the project is completed.
*the dll file is ver 2.1.0
*we are using the same installer for our project for both client pc, one of them can perform.

What is the caused of this error? thx and have a nice day.

Found the reason.
*License Key property are not set properly.

Initialy we thought that it was set properly since it can be run on the other PC. Successful run was because of key still in Registry after uninstall. The non-working pc was not installed with the wodsFTP Installer.
