Uploads crash when using Flash Player 9 (General questions)

It looks like the same problem that was fixed with wodWeb v1.1.8 is back. Application crashes when uploads a file, paticularly with Flash Player 9. This was resolved with v1.1.8 to work properly when uploading with Flash 8, however, something has changed with Flash PLayer 9, and it occurs again.

Any help is appreciated!
