How can I setup TransferRate ??
I setup FTP.TransferRate = 5242880 , happen a Error ==> 'Only Read'
I have no setup FTP.TransferRate !!

yes, you can only read current transferrate.
But you can set MaxTransferRate property - is that what you need?
