ISA Server and ssh (General questions)

I try to setup my isa server to test the proxy code, but keepinging error 30041 : proxy server rejected supplied login credentials

and I find this topic on isa and try to run the script but it give me error.

do anyone know maybe any setting isa server or on the coding need to be setup that might help
