Does wodSFTP.dll can connect to a non secure ftp server (on port 21) ?

wodSFTP cannot, but wodFtpDLX can (together with SFTP and FTPS), so perhaps you should try that one.

I see. There is version of wodFtpDLX made as API library (and even static library), but it's a bit more expensive and source code must be purchased. If you're interested, let me know.
