DLL Install failed - WeOnlyDo Discussion board

DLL Install failed (General questions)

Hi
I have a Windows 2000 workstation having installation issues.

I had the user try to manually register the dll using regsvr32 and they get the following error message...

LoadLibrary ( C:Winntsystem32wodsmtp.dll ) failed - Access is Denied


Any ideas?

Rural,

I don't think this is DLL's problem. I think this is problem that users don't have enough permissions - i.e. they are not administrators. Possible?

If this is not the cause, I have no idea why you get 'access denied' error.
