I have earlier downloaded the demo version of the SFTP.Net, now i have purchased a license and wonder if it's possible to upgrade my demoversion in a simple manner without uninstalling and reinstalling?

unfortunatelly, no, you cannot just 'unlock' the demo. You must uninstall it, and then install licensed version.
But that easy enough too! :)
