OpenSSL and TLS 1.3 (wodWebServer / wodWebServer.NET)

Hello,

we are happily working with wodWebServer for quite some time now.

I just wonder if there is any plan to upgrade OpenSSL to a more current version which would support TSL 1.3 which is currently not available.

Both (up-to-date OpenSSL and TSL 1.3) is often asked for by our customers.

More or less it is asked for compliance reason, but it would be really great to have it so we do not have to answer with "No" ;-)

Perhaps you could give us some feedback on this question.

Hi.

Yes, in next few days new version of wodWebServer ActiveX will be published that uses OpenSSL3, and thus supports TLS1.3. We have already published most of other components with that support (https://www.weonlydo.com/index.asp?lastvisit=1732634392) so wodWebServer's turn is next.
