Start method (Channels)

Starts a specific channel for tunneling.

The Start(object,Index) syntax has these parts:

object	An expression evaluating to an object of type Channels.
Index	Optional. A Variant value. Specifies channel Index or channel Name.

This method is equivalent to the Channel.Start method, for the given Index.
