Getting Started in VC
Working with the COM object
In order to insert the wodSSH COM object into your project, follow these steps:- Install the component on your system by starting its setup program.
- In the Visual C++ Compiler IDE, create a project or open an existing one.
- Recompile and then open ClassWizard
- Click on the 'Add Class' button and then on 'From a type library'
- Locate wodSSH.DLL and select it. Select all offered interfaces. Click on 'Ok'. VC will now generate wrapper classes for all interfaces.
- wodSSH is now declared as COleDispatchDriver - you can initialize it from the code like this:
// in header file
IwodSSHCom m_SSH1;
// in CPP file
OleInitialize(NULL);
m_SSH1.CreateDispatch("WeOnlyDo.wodSSHCom.1");
- Do not forget to distribute wodSSH.DLL when using the COM object!

- in the 'Registered ActiveX Controls' directory select 'wodSSH Class', click on the 'Insert' button, close the dialog

- Do not forget to distribute wodSSH.OCX when using the ActiveX control!
