FromHex method (StreamBlob)
Imports hex encoded data into the Blob.

The FromHex(object,Data) syntax has these parts:
| object | An expression evaluating to an object of type StreamBlob. |
| Data | Required. A String value. Contains HEX encoded data. |
Remarks
The FromHEX method will import HEX encoded data (a series of HEX values) into the Blob. This can be data generated by the
ToHex method, or data from another source.
